Family Players of North-Eastern New York

The Family Players was founded by Patricia and James H. Meyer, Jr. in 1987 when they produced the musical HELLO DOLLY! at the Guilderland Community Center on Western Avenue in Guilderland. The Family Players then incorporated and established a Board of Directors. The founding Board Members were:

Over the years, Family Players has performed at such venues as Tawasentha Park, First Night Albany, Colonie Central High School, SUNY Albany Performing Arts Center, Elks Club of Colonie, St Francis de Salles Church, and Sand Creek Middle School.
